S-Fuelcell Co., Ltd. places great importance on our customers’ personal information and acts in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act. This Privacy Policy outlines the purpose and method of use of personal information provided by our customers, and what measures are taken to protect your personal information.

1. S-Fuelcell collects and uses personal information for the following purposes: the retained personal information is not used for any purpose other than stated, and if the purpose is changed, we obtain separate consent in accordance with the procedures of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Purpose of collection: Civil affairs processing, and sending notifications
Period of retention: Immediately disposed after 3 years - 2. S-Fuelcell processes and retains personal information within the period required for the achievement of the “purpose” agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject or the period of retention and use of personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, after which the files are immediately deleted/shredded in a non-recoverable manner.

3. S-Fuelcell provides the retained personal information to third parties only if there is a special provision by law. However, the information may be provided to the following third parties if the information subject consents.

Period of retention: Immediately disposed after 3 years - 4. S-Fuelcell responds promptly to requests from customers to view, correct, delete or stop processing of personal information, and customers can exercise such rights in writing or by email, telephone, etc.

S-Fuelcell keeps all information provided by customers in a place where access is restricted by means of electronic devices or separate locks that are safely protected by security equipment such as firewalls, and limits the number of people who handle the information to a minimum while doing our best to prevent breaches through regular training.
